John Kolath
Hello, my name is John Kolath. I am pleased to be a part of the Mirabella family.
I have lived in several different states and visited nearly every state in the country, but I am grateful to call the Iron Range my home since 2016. My wife is a native to the area with family roots going back several generations. We are a blended family of 1 daughter and 3 sons, and together we have enjoyed seeing the adults our children have become.
Much of my working life has been in various Service/Customer Service related positions. Whether I was directly providing the service or helping to problem solve by providing information and resolutions, I have always kept the needs of the client first in mind. These various roles have helped me to develop a conscious attention to detail and a passion for finding the most favorable path to the desired outcome.
During my travels, I have had the opportunity to experience the search for a home in many different circumstances. Some of those experiences have been positive, and some of them have been negative. Choosing the best of these has helped to shape how I approach this role.
